Crosspath Development is a people-development organization built through sales, leadership, and personal growth. The most rewarding part of what we do is watching someone enter with little experience, discover their potential, develop their skills, and eventually become a leader who helps someone else do the same.

Why “Crosspath”

Our founder’s last name is Cruz. In English, cross. A last name is what lives through generations, and the question behind the company is simple: how much of a change did you make in people’s lives that your last name is remembered for it?

Crosspath is the path Marco Cruz took: start in sales, grow, and share everything you learn. The turning point was not a sales record. It was the first time someone said, “Thank you for changing my life.” Nobody sets out to hear that. It happens when a person changes the way they think and then passes it on.

Professional growth and personal growth should never exist separately. They cross paths. That is the name, and that is the company.
